Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen - Brené Brown. My foundation for all clients begins with strengths and wellness. My clients often share that my patience, warmth, and compassion allow them to feel truly seen and heard, sometimes for the first time in their lives. Sometimes, this is because they are the support for others in their life but have no one they can truly lean on. Other times, life circumstances have left them without any strong connections to family or community. Whatever your situation, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable to share your challenges.
