Welcome! Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a licensed independent mental health practitioner and have been working in the psychology field for approximately 16 years. In 2011, I founded Counseling Connections & Associates; a group practice offering mental health, substance abuse, and medication management services. I pride myself on being a passionate and energetic therapist focused on helping clients take steps towards making positive, long-lasting changes in their life. My goal is to assist clients in being able to live up to their fullest potential in a safe and therapeutic environment.
