I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 18 years of experience in the counseling field. I have worked with individuals, couples, families, & groups dealing with a variety of issues. I am a married mother of 2 & have a passion for working with individuals & couples. I, also, have experience working very well with: anxiety, depression, grief & loss, phase of life issues, anger, abuse/trauma, communication, relationship conflict, parenting issues, domestic violence, & trained in EMDR.
