I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with all ages but specifically have a passion for working with adolescents and adults. I love to work with these populations to heal from past hurts and traumas and to work towards healthier mindset and emotions as they are growing in independence and self-awareness. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety to depression, trauma to attachment issues, relational issues to self-esteem issues. I also work with a therapy dog, Loki, who attends all sessions as emotional support.
