This is exactly what I strive to provide to every client. I treat clients with various presenting concerns including: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, relationship issues, panic attacks, grief, self-harm, stress and more. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience. I enjoy using EMDR to help adults heal from emotional and physical traumas. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, IFS, Attachment Theory and psycho-educational elements in my therapy approach.
