The pain of addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and low self-esteem arises from life experiences and toxic environments. These wounds remain when we are not provided with the support and help we need for our healing to take place. My integrative approach will examine how your family, gender, sexual orientation, race, and beliefs have impacted who you are today. We will work together to identify, face and begin healing as we explore solutions to help you find a productive and self-accepting path forward. I am trained in both EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and will utilize both approaches during our sessions to help you work through the pain of your past and present.
