Hi, I’m Kristian Salazar, LCSW. I work with adults and adolescents navigating depression, anxiety, and thoughts of self-harm. I aim to create a modern, affirming, and grounded therapeutic space. My approach combines Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and a trauma-informed lens. I also use a dialectical perspective, helping clients accept their current emotions while working toward meaningful change. Together, we build skills that support emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth. I also provide a safe space for individuals that are in the LGBTQIA+ community.
