Welcome! I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist working with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 3–21. My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients and their families can explore emotions, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I tailor my methods to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based strategies that promote growth, resilience, and self-understanding. I believe that early intervention and ongoing support can make a profound difference. I am dedicated to helping clients understand and embrace their unique identities and providing them with the tools needed to navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence and resilience.
