You may be carrying experiences that still live in your body, or years of surviving in ways that once protected you but no longer serve you. You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from holding it all together. As an Army veteran and prior law enforcement, I am a therapist who understands both the clinical and human realities of trauma, depression and anxiety. Healing is about creating space for what has been carried in silence to be acknowledged, processed, and integrated. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in your strengths and at your own pace. I specialize in treating the lasting effects of childhood abuse and neglect, PTSD, moral injury, sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness related to trauma. I use evidence informed treatment grounded in Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and somatic approaches to support regulation and functional improvement.
