Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Others are managing challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, family adjustment or PMDD/PPD. They often want to understand themselves better, manage emotions, and find balance in their lives. Together, we focus on building coping skills, confidence, and resilience so they can feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of their story.
