I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adults. I specialize in adjustment disorders, life transitions, relationship difficulties, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma responses. I am trained in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, and nutritional medicine for mental health, and use an integrative approach tailored to each individual's needs. I take a client-center perspective that sees each person as the expert in his/her/their life as we work together to create the desired changes.
