I provide individual psychotherapy specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, as well as relationship and family conflicts. In therapy I strive to foster trusting, supportive relationships in a confidential and non-judgmental environment, helping my patients draw upon their innate strengths in order to develop new coping skills. From a psychodynamic approach, I help my patients in reducing their symptoms while also exploring and healing the underlying issues leading to their struggles.
