I believe that therapy is the ultimate form of self-care and it should not feel like a chore. I am a New York Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have experience in coaching clients in using skills to manage stress, cope with anxiety, navigate life changes, and communicate effectively. Sometimes you may just need a space to vent and share your story without judgement. Other times, you may be looking for structured goal setting and behavior change. I aim to meet you where you're at and help you to identify your specific needs and support you in getting those needs met as you work to build a life worth living.
