When I think about what life is about, I always come to the same conclusion: relationships. These relationships—whether familial, platonic, romantic, or even with ourselves—cannot help but influence every aspect of our lives. As a therapist, I help clients not only maintain but also strengthen and enforce their relationships; I draw from a systemic lens that utilizes Narrative and Solution-focused approaches. I work within family dynamics, in marital/couple relationships, and with individuals who aim to have stronger relationships with themselves or others. I also work with teens and young adults working through grief and trauma, both through an individual lens and within relational context.
