Women's Mental Health. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor practicing in the Burlington area, with over 25 years of experience working with youth and adults in community mental health and private practice. I work with people identifying as female ages 18 and up who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss and relationship conflicts. I believe that every individual has the capacity for happiness and health, and I strive to help clients explore and uncover their strengths and capabilities with an individualized approach that is genuine, encouraging, and respectful.
