I have advocated for and worked with youth for several years. I have experience in stress management, anxiety, depression, social skill development and college and career planning. I work collaboratively with clients to foster emotional wellbeing and personal growth. With experience in both therapeutic and educational settings, I work with students, families, and adults to create a safe, supportive environment where they can thrive.
