I am passionate about mental health and mental health recovery. I believe that every client has the ability to grow and find what works for them. Healing and growth are not linear and take time. Change is constant. I believe that we are always growing and changing and that we can direct this flow when needed. I strive to create a safe, comfortable and collaborative environment in order to provide clients the space to grow. I value the client's right to self-determination. I am here to support clients on their journeys to health, wellness, and self-discovery.
