If a problem is relational, it was learned. Unhealed patterns don’t only affect you—they show up in every relationship you’re in. I do relationship, moral injury, and trauma work, including EMDR and couples therapy. I don’t do surface fixes; we change the cycle. People come to me when trust is hard or their story feels like too much. Individuals and couples come when the way they think, feel, or relate no longer matches who they know themselves to be. If faith shapes how you make meaning, we’ll include it. As a therapist of almost 20 years, we go straight to the root cause of your attachment wounds and rewire your brain for confidence, closeness and authenticity without numbing, going ghost mode or exploding. I draw from many years of work in EMDR, Relationship Theory Model, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and nutritional psychiatry to support that.
