Exhausted? Overwhelmed? Irritated? Life is hard. Plain and simple. Situations and circumstances so often drive us in a direction we weren't prepared. So many of us have a hard time figuring out what to do in these moments. I work with first responders, medical workers, college students, individuals in difficult relationships, parents, pregnant women, postpartum, LGBTQ+ persons, other therapists, and so many others who find themselves in a place that feels confusing or frustrating. Negative mental health can come in forms that we didn't know existed - until we're there. Clients I work with just need to talk to an unbiased ear.
