I specialize in Addiction and Eating Disorders. Helping those who desire sobriety has been such rewarding work and has truly become my passion. It has also been an honor helping others heal their relationship with food and to find freedom from anxiety surrounding food choices and body image. My practice focuses on the development of healthy coping skills, mending the relationship with Self and others as well as learning how to live a stable and meaningful life. Help is available for emotional or behavioral issues experienced by adults. Additionally, I enjoy helping young adults with transitioning into college and adulthood. Oftentimes individuals who seek help in my speciality areas are also living with anxiety, depression, or other mood issues.
