In a world full of uncertainty; life can feel unpredictable, overwhelming and sometimes isolating. Anxiety and depression can make it harder to find your footing, leaving you feeling stuck or alone in your struggles. Functioning in our day to day lives can feel harder when we do not have the support and understanding from those around us, or lack the tools needed to navigate the challenges; which often leads us to increased disconnection from our selves and from others. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety and the heaviness of depression; creating a safe space where you do not have to carry those feelings alone. My ability to connect to my clients where they feel truly seen, heard and understood is the foundation in any therapeutic relationship necessary to achieve change. My approach combines evidenced based strategies alongside compassionate listening and genuine connection that invites vulnerability necessary for healing.
