Today’s world is hard. Each one of us experiences life differently and has their own unique way of handling life’s ups and downs. I work with children and adolescents who are trying to find their way in life and who have hit some roadblocks in their search for happiness and success. I have experience working with youth who are experiencing sadness/depression, anxiety, mood swings, trauma, grief/loss, suicidal ideation/attempts, self harming behaviors , ADHD and anger issues. I also have experience with youth who are experiencing psychosis or other thought disorders.
