Therapy is a wonderful process that can truly change how you see yourself, how you relate to others, and how you experience life. Though it can be hard to see when you're in the midst of a difficult time, challenges present tremendous opportunities for growth. My goal is to help my clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and to provide them with concrete tools so that they may enjoy work, play and healthy relationships with others.
