I work with adolescents (13+, individually and/or with their families), young adults, and adults who experience challenges in areas such as: emotional, social, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and relationships. I strive to help you explore what matters to you, including unique strengths, internal resources, and values. I work with you to identify therapeutic goals, then build and utilize skills to help attain those goals.
