I work to providemy clients comfort, compassion, and empowerment for them to move forward in their life. Stressful life events are upsetting, confusing, and have impact on overall well being. These events can come from a personal event that occurred from your childhood, current relationship struggles in family/peer/intimate relationship, and/or communication barriers that impact your personal life. I have experience working with a wide diverse population from children, teens to adults. I have worked in school based & community mental health in addressing multiplexed stressors such as past trauma, depression, anxiety, family dynamic, and life transitions. I am trained in TF-CBT, supporting clients in addressing trauma-related difficulties.
