I truly admire the courage it takes to seek help, and I have had the privilege to see the growth and progress that come from doing so. Deciding to seek therapy can be an overwhelming task and it is so important to find a therapist you feel connected with. I strive to provide my clients with a comfortable and non-judgmental space where they are able to explore what brought them to therapy. I approach my practice with warmth, empathy, and a bit of humor as I support my clients in navigating their journey.
