I enjoy being a resource and support to those in need of change, growth, and healing. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, and EMDR trained therapist. I have a passion for working with individuals, children between the ages 6-12, and families providing both individual and family therapy. I pull from several treatment modalities and conjure my use of evidenced based interventions to best meet each client’s individual needs as I don't feel everyone fits in the same box. I find it important to work collaboratively with you, to best meet your individual needs. I have a background in working with individuals, children and families work through trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have experience in helping individuals grow and learn ways to improve their communication skills, manage conflict, boundaries, and increase connections with others and themselves.
