Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. With over 14 years in child welfare and 10 years as a clinical social worker, I’ve supported individuals and families through trauma, loss, and major life changes. Using approaches like Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT, I’ll work with you to build resilience, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change.
