Kristin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has experience working with a diverse population of clients with a variety of needs including depression, anxiety and mood dysregulation. She strongly believes in meeting individuals where they are and breaking down the stigma that prevents them from seeking help and reaching their goals. Kristin uses an eclectic approach which best fits her clients' needs, including psychodynamic therapy, DBT, CBT and Schema Therapy.
