My therapeutic approach includes a wide-range of evidence based practices including: Internal Family Systems (IFS) IFS informed Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (IFS informed EMDR), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Trauma Informed Care (TIC).
