I approach life with curiosity and a love for complexity and paradox. I believe self-discovery is an ongoing, lifelong process that is made possible through relating with others. In sessions, we will explore what feels safe and unsafe to you in relationship and work toward building self-trust and self-compassion, so you can discover, accept, and celebrate your most authentic self and relate intentionally with others. I use an attachment lens and am trained in psychodynamic therapy and emotionally focused therapy for couples (EFT). I am culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence-affirming.
