I am in the second year of a Masters in Social Work program. I understand that starting therapy might be an intimidating process for someone, and I take an approach that is collaborative with a relational, strengths-based focus. I started this journey later in life and have followed a rather circuitous life path. Because of that, I have an appreciation and understanding for those who may be questioning where they are in their life or are going through life transitions, and I look forward to holding space with them. I am also a runner and yoga practitioner interested in the positive impact of mindfulness and movement.
