Everyone struggles at times in life, it is in those moments of struggle we realize how fragile life can be, and how important it is to connect to others who can help support and guide us. I understand the process from both sides of the couch. I was fortunate enough to experience a counselor who changed my life, and I hope to provide that for you in our work together. I hope to provide support in a non-judgmental space that allows for healing to occur. I specialize in treating children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety and generalized mood disorders. We all experience different and unique stories in our lives. Starting to work on re-creating and re-writing those stories that are no longer serving us into healthy and useful stories is a way to begin the healing process.
