Therapy can provide support, guidance, and tools to help you navigate life’s difficulties while becoming more intentional with your time and energy. As an AMFT and APCC, I am passionate about helping clients identify their needs and develop healthy ways to meet them. I focus on encouraging my clients, building on their strengths, and exploring the behaviors and beliefs they wish to change.
