Welcome! Reaching out is a meaningful first step and I'm glad you're here. I support adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, boundaries and communication issues, parenting, self-esteem, and trauma. In our sessions together, we'll cultivate insight, self-compassion, and practical strategies to help you feel more present and grounded, build fulfilling relationships, heal past wounds, let go of patterns that no longer serve you and feel more aligned with your most authentic self.
