Life throws us curve balls and sometimes feels really hard but together we can learn a path through. I specialize in counseling services for adolescents and adults experiencing life stress, depression or anxiety and hold a certification in EMDR. In addition, I have advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health which allows me to offer specialized care to hopeful and current parents managing pre/postpartum concerns. I follow a person-centered approach to treatment, tailored to fit your needs. Whether you'd like to improve your relationships, decrease those worried thoughts, or get unstuck, I would love to help you. Compassion and empathy will always be the foundation of every session.
