I work with individuals, families and groups with challenging behaviors - addictions, trauma care, co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, including psychosis. I work to promote person-driven care, always working to help empower and focus the people I work with toward desired and meaningful change. I enjoy working with adolescents and children, as well as adults. In addition to the above issues, I also have experience working with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, pregnancy counseling and issues which emgerge from life transitions. I also provide EMDR.
