Parenting is hard and children do not come with an instruction manual! Using a relational and strength based approach, I work alongside parents to build their capacity to better understand the needs of their children and how to more effectively parent within a family system. Uncovering the factors that contribute to how and why we parent the way we do is key to discovering new ways to respond to our children.
