If you're struggling to navigate difficulties in your relationships (romantic or otherwise) or if your trauma is paralyzing your life, therapy might be one of the best choices you can make for yourself. Often, our past experiences and our environment have taught us things that don't serve us or our goals for ourselves. You need a place to grow beyond that. This is that place! My desire is to provide a safe and authentic space for you to be vulnerable within your relationships, or process your trauma and experience healing. Whether it is using Gottman, Structural, EMDR, or any other approach, I offer a non judgmental posture to navigating conflict and life's toughest transitions.
