My favorite part of working in the mental health field is getting to be a part of my clients' successes. Throughout my 16 years of experience, I have witnessed firsthand countless acts of inner strength and resiliency even in the face of adversity. I believe that personal growth is possible for anyone when they are given the opportunity to establish personal goals and are provided with a nurturing relationship and the tools to achieve them. As a certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist, I have a passion for helping new parents adjust to the whirlwind that is parenthood. I am also a certified Grief Recovery Specialist and have been trained in EMDR.
