I am privileged to support individuals through their mental health journeys. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief, perinatal mental health, parenting challenges, and navigating cultural differences. Life can sometimes leave us with feelings of shame, guilt, lowered self-esteem, or hopelessness. With understanding and expertise, I teach new skills, encourage increased self-awareness, explore unhelpful thought patterns, and help regulate emotions.
