I work with adults, adolescents, and couples navigating the complexities of relationships. Using Cognitive Behavioral, Emotionally Focused, and Internal Family Systems therapy, I help clients build a strong foundation for meaningful connections by reshaping patterns, deepening self-awareness, and fostering healthier communication.
