I believe that every person has the right to live a happy, healthy and purposeful life. There are times when challenges get in the way of this. Happiness is not a straight trajectory, there are twists and turns and sometimes barriers that get in the way. I feel my purpose is to walk and support my client on their path of self discovery and assist them in acquiring skills that leads to life long changes. Self discovery and self empowerment is the key to change. I hold a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore themselves. Healing is like peeling an onion with many layers. We are complex. I have several years of experience successfully working with children, teens, adults and families. I take a client centered approach to therapy and believe that one size does not fit all, therefore, I use different modalities depending on what is in the highest good for my client.
