Getting started in therapy can be a challenge, and I’m excited to help you take the next step. I am a white, queer, and neurodivergent therapist with over 7 years of experience in this field. If you're struggling because the world feels overwhelming, you're navigating issues of identity, dealing with systemic oppression, or trying to figure out how to build a life worth living I would love to meet with you and work with you to figure out a path forward. I have experience working with trauma, PTSD, OCD, dysphoria, immigration challenges, and family/relationship challenges.
