We can easily feel stuck in life and not sure of the right way to turn. There are ways to remove the roadblocks while increasing your empowerment and self awareness. But where do you start? Finding the right therapist can be difficult. I strive to create a warm and welcoming place where you can feel safe, cared for, and valued, while providing you with strategies to meet your needs. I have been told that I am realistic, down to earth, and that I create an environment where you can feel comfortable opening up. I have experience working with all age groups and populations. I have a great deal of experience working with those with a variety of struggles including mood disorders, eating disorders, OCD, Women in mid-life, and trauma. I have a great deal of knowledge in area resources and connecting people with services and/or supports who may be beneficial.
