Challenges in life happen to us all, and it can be extremely helpful to talk to someone about what’s going on! Do you find yourself feeling confused or alone in helping your child manage behavioral or academic concerns? Do you find yourself feeling misunderstood speaking to friends or family about relationship or career stressors? If so, you’re not alone and reaching out can be a wonderful first step in finding strategies to address these concerns. I work with teens, young adults, and adults working through the stressors of school, peer conflict, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions. I am experienced helping children who exhibit externalizing behaviors, ADHD, ASD, anxiety and emotion regulation challenges as well as parent coaching to address these issues.
