Hi, I'm Kristin Roberts. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in Northern California. I see individual adults, couples, families, and minors (14-17). I specialize in treating trauma and use EMDR and brainspotting. I'm also IFS informed and use that modality to heal client's inner adult/child parts of self. I treat anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, grief, relationship distress in friendships, family dynamics, and with couples.
