Have you experienced some life change or experience, which you feel you need help to overcome, like anxiety, depression, or grief? Have you ever felt as though you are sometimes drowning in your emotions instead of just experiencing them? Does anger, sadness, anxiety, or fear keep impacting your life in ways you don't want it to? Do you struggle managing your emotions and would love to learn how to cope with them effectively? Do you struggle with thoughts of self-harm, of not being good enough, hopelessness, or emptiness? I help young adult women and women of all ages with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
