I walk alongside people on their journey of healing and self-discovery, like a mountain guide for the soul. I listen actively and provide personalized options, ideas, and new tools. I conduct the process with thoughtful questions and insightful activities. I don’t come in with answers, for each person already has their own as the expert in their own lives. I simply help guide them to uncover what's within. All the while, I hold each person with a deep unconditional positive regard using a combination of trauma-informed talk therapy, expressive arts, parts work (IFS), play, eco, Jungian, and depth psychology. Not only am I a parent, but I spent several years working with TTUSD serving kids experiencing severe mental distress including depression, suicidality, self-harm, anxiety, trauma responses, and psychosis. I also work with select adults, especially parents breaking intergenerational trauma.
