• Kristin is on family leave and will return in Spring 2026 • I don't remember the last time I felt comfortable in my body. I think about food all the time. If I don't make it to the gym every day, I fall apart. Do these things sound familiar? I love supporting people in continuing their Eating Disorder recovery or addressing their disordered relationships with food and body for the first time. I also love doing family work, whether that includes children and parents, partners, or other "chosen" family members. I truly believe we have the best shot at healing when we feel safe, supported, and heard by our community.
